Who We Are...

At Lewisville Motor Company, our story is one of grit, growth, and generations. It all began with Herb Myers, a WWII veteran who, after working in Duke Power’s bus body shop, saw opportunity in scarcity and launched a salvage yard. By the early 1960s, he became sole owner, laying the foundation for a business built on resourcefulness and integrity.

Herb’s son, Marty Myers, joined full-time after high school and later welcomed his wife Donna into the business. Together, they embraced change—introducing computers in 1988 and evolving with the industry’s demands. Their son Justin, a UNC Wilmington Business graduate, joined in 2012 and now leads as General Manager, continuing the family legacy into its third generation.

Our customers include body shops, garages, and individuals who rely on our over-the-counter sales and our inventory of more than 200,000 quality recycled parts.

We’re not a junkyard—we’re environmental stewards. Every vehicle we purchase is fully reclaimed: fluids are recycled, engines pressure-washed, and parts inventoried within a day. From motors and transmissions to electronics and sheet metal, we salvage with purpose and precision.

In May 2022, Lewisville Motor Company proudly became part of the Aesop family, marking a new chapter in our journey while preserving the values and legacy that have defined us for decades.

With a team of over 35 dedicated employees, we operate in a fast-paced environment with a shared mission: to provide affordable, high-quality recycled parts while caring for our community and our planet. As Marty says, “The good Lord has blessed us tremendously,” and we’re proud to pass those blessings on—one part at a time.

I was searching for a wheel for a customer on a 2018 Chevy Silverado. I called multiple places and was unable to locate one. I finally stumbled upon Aesop, specifically Peyton Blom, one of their sales professionals. He was very professional from the start. He was quick and shipped the wheel out. We received the wheel and it was unfortunately damaged. I emailed Payton and without hesitation he sent us a new one at no charge. The second wheel came and was also damaged and not up to par for our customer. I reached out to Payton, once again with no hesitation, he made it right! This is not something we experience often in the automotive industry and want to ensure Payton is recognized for his amazing customer service, professionalism, and understanding.
